Propecia deals more with the cause of hairloss by blocking the conversion of DHT. This does not make it exceptionally good at growing new hair, but for stopping current hairloss there may be no better hairloss product. Aside from those two FDA-approved hairloss products many other hairloss products are relatively worthless.
